Job Title: Trainee Assistant Merchandiser

Information:

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Assistant Merchandiser to work in our Fulham office.

Reporting directly to the Head of Merchandising, you will be expected to provide sales analysis to identify strategic areas of growth for the Company.

In addition you will be required to forecast sales of bought in product and ensure that purchase orders are raised appropriately and on time.

You will also be required to work closely with the Shop and Web Managers to ensure availability of stock to meet customer expectations, and support promotional activities.

A strong commercial bias is essential for this role.

You must be a team player, be highly analytical, be prepared to use your own initiative and be flexible.

The hours of work will be 37.5 hours over 5 days.

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Job Title: Cook

Information:

We are looking for a cook, full or part time (the role would suit a job share well) to join the team in the Open Kitchen at the Stoke Factory/Retail Site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for our AGA, and for the preparation kitchen - preparing sandwiches, pies, salads, biscuits and tray bakes, as well as a hot dish each day for our customers.

Much of the work will be in the open kitchen, within our recently refurbished retail stores, and so with our visitors, and as well as skills in cooking, the candidate must be enthusiastic about meeting and talking to our customers.

Experience in a professional kitchen environment is not necessary, just a love of, and skill in cookery, and enthusiasm to help improve the food and service offer to our visitors. A catering skills certificate would however be an advantage.
