We are looking for an Assistant to support the work of our Archivist, who has responsibility for the record keeping of all the range items which have a historical importance for Emma Bridgewater Ltd.

This role will include labouring in the Archive to gather and put away product, photographing product and uploading this information onto our servers. There will be some heavy lifting within this role.

You must be a proven methodical and organised person, with excellent communication skills. Computer proficiency is critical. Photography and MAC skills are desirable.

This role may suit someone looking for a flexible working week.

Pre- Production Assistant

We are looking for an Assistant to support the work of our Pre-Production Studio.

This role will assist with Product Photography (using our new state of the art photo booth) and the production of Product Specifications for our factory decorating teams.

You will assist with the preparation of sample orders and co-ordination of sample stock.

Liaison with our factory team will be key for the success of this role.

There will be some manual handling within this role.

Online Marketing Exec

London, Putney

Our website is a key sales channel for us and we are looking for a bright, motivated individual to join us as our Online Marketing Executive in our London office. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring strong conversion on site as well as growing traffic through performance marketing – PPC, SEO and Affiliates.

You will be an enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail, quick to pick up new systems and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

Ongoing review of website to ensure all customer journeys are optimized – a focus on UX and running simple AB tests onsite

Under guidance of the eCommerce Manager, plan and implement website developments and functional improvements to improve conversion rate

Supporting day-to-day trading: launching products, implementing price changes, sales launches and promotions. Setting up key landing pages. Optimising onsite search and category merchandising – working with our 3rd party suppliers

Daily and weekly eCommerce reporting – reviewing data, thinking about implications and taking action to drive sales

Working with our agency to plan and review performance of PPC Campaigns, SEO Campaigns, Paid Social Campaigns

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a content role or require photoshop skills. You will plan, test and review performance via analysis of data.

Essential Skills & Experience

Ideally 1 to 2 years of experience working within an online team

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills & highly numerate

Strong IT skills and quick to learn new systems

Flexible and proactive

Good Microsoft Excel Skills

Knowledge and interest in UX, CRO, AB Testing, SEO, PPC

2 x Supervisors to work 34 hours p/w each (over 7 days)

3 x Part time Retail Assistants to work between 11-21 hours per week each (over 7 days)

We are seeking retail focussed individuals to delight our customers, develop our Brand and who will work as a team to achieve daily sales targets.

The Pop Up Shop will open on 14th October 2017 and close late January 2018.

As part of our commitment to retaining skills and developing careers in the Ceramics Industry, we are happy to consider applications for Apprenticeships.
