Delivery Information

Despatch & Delivery

  • Parcel tracking information will be sent via email on despatch of your order
  • A signature is required upon receipt of your order
  • If you're not in, your order will be left with a neighbour or held at your local delivery office. A card will be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made

Delivery Restrictions

  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses
  • We are currently unable to deliver to US Armed Forces posted overseas
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer

Express Delivery

  • Express orders placed by midday Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day
  • Express orders placed after midday on Thursday will be delivered the following working day (Monday for orders placed on Thursday afternoon/Friday morning, Tuesday for orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday)
  • Express delivery is not available during Sale

Deliveries To Multiple Addresses

  • If you choose more than one delivery address for your order, a delivery charge will be applied per address

Order Cancellations

Personalised Items In Order

  • All personalised orders are considered final at the point of order placement
  • Please ensure that you take extra care when entering any names or messages into our website as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for personalised items
  • All personalised products (including those ordered without script) are made to order and will therefore be subject to the delivery estimate above.

Only Non-Personalised Items In Order

  • We are able to cancel orders that only contain non-personalised items on your behalf, providing the order has not been prepared for despatch
  • Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order

Order Amendments

Change Of Delivery Address

  • We are able to change the delivery address for an order on your behalf, providing the order has not been prepared for despatch
  • Please contact us if you wish to amend the delivery address for your order

Adding/Removing Items From An Order

  • We are unable to add items to or remove items from an order once it has been placed

Returns & Refunds

Faulty Or Damaged Items

  • If any of the items in your order are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered and we will send you a label that will allow you to return them to us free of charge for a replacement or refund
  • To allow us to process your return, please include either the original packing slip you received with your order or a copy of your order confirmation email. If you no longer have either of these, please include your name, order number and contact details

Unwanted Items

  • If you change your mind about any of the items in your order, you can return then to us within 30 days of your order being delivered for a full refund
  • To allow us to process your return, please include either the original packing slip you received with your order or a copy of your order confirmation email. If you no longer have either of these, please include your name, order number, contact details and reason for return
  • We do not currently offer free of charge returns for unwanted items, but can supply a return postage label for 6 which can be ordered by clicking here.
  • We are unable to accept returns of items that have been made to order (including personalised products and fabric) unless they are faulty
  • We can only accept returns of bath and body (Live Well, Look Well) items if they are faulty
  • Bedding can only be returned if it is in its original, unopened packaging, or if it is faulty
  • Nightwear can only be returned with its original packaging and the tags still attached, or if it is faulty
