You will receive an email with information on how to track your order upon order despatch. A signature will be required upon delivery of your order (if you are not in a card will be left explaining how you can rearrange delivery, or letting you know that your order is available for you to collect from your local Post Office).
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We are able to deliver to BFPO addresses.
If you choose more than one delivery address for your order at checkout, a delivery charge will be applied per address.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take a little longer. No deliveries will be attempted at weekends or on Bank Holidays.
With the exception of peak trading periods, deliveries are not made at weekends or on public holidays.

Returns & refunds
Changing your mind
If you no longer want the items you have received then please return them in original condition to the address below within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund/replacement has been processed, usually within 5 working days of receiving your returned parcel.
Please note that unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns of food, personalised or bath and body (Live Well, Look Well) items.
With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to arrange for unwanted items to be collected or refund any return carriage costs.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us within 14 working days if you have received damaged or incorrect items in your order and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible. It is sometimes necessary to ask customers to provide a photograph of the damaged items to allow us to follow up with our couriers regarding your order. We may also require you to return your order
