At Emma Bridgewater we pride ourselves on great Customer Service but at the moment we’re falling short of our usual standards and we wanted to address this with you, our valued customers.

Many businesses are facing challenging times due to external factors including shipping delays, staff shortages and the ongoing impact of the Covid19 pandemic, and here at Emma Bridgewater, we’re no different. These challenges, coupled with receiving a higher volume of calls than usual, has created the perfect storm and has meant that it’s taking a lot longer than we’d like it to for us to get back to you. We understand your frustrations and thank you for your patience while we put measures into place to make this right. 

The best way to reach our Customer Services team is to call them directly on 01782 210565. If you have a problem with your order (e.g. items have arrived broken or missing) then please do persevere, we will answer your call as soon as we possibly can and we’ll be able to sort out any issues once you get through to a member of the team.
