There’s so much for you to do and enjoy at our factory on the banks of the Cauldon Canal in Stoke-on-Trent. We reckon we are an excellent foil for a trip to nearby Alton Towers, and we promise not to turn you upside down and whizz you around at 60mph!

Bargain Factory Shopping

Our Factory Outlet stocks a wide range of seconds and discontinued lines at greatly reduced prices. As well as tableware we stock tin and textiles too. If you like collecting Emma Bridgewater it’s a great hunting ground for some pretty unique experimental pieces as we also stock occasional samples and one-off pieces. With free parking on site and a lovely café in which to keep those sugar levels up, you can shop for Emma Bridgewater bargains at your leisure. New stock arrives every week, sometimes every day.

As well as our Factory Outlet we also sell the full current range of Emma Bridgewater first quality products on site in our Gift Shop. Here you can also find previews of new designs, studio specials that Emma may be trialling alongside some great hand-picked merchandise. Together with our colourful and classic pottery we sell Emma Bridgewater melamine ware, bright kitchen utensils, greetings cards, paper napkins, cookware and lots, lots more. Customers can place orders for Personalised pieces in the Gift Shop and we offer a gift wrapping service too.

Most people have never been inside a factory, let alone a pottery; our Factory Tours are fun and educational, and we can organise group or school visits as well as our regular tours.

We hold FREE tours every week, with more scheduled for the school holidays.

Decorate your own original piece of pottery!

We have a bright and inspiring Decorating Studio attached to the main factory. This is the perfect place to spend an afternoon following a factory tour decorating your own completely unique piece of pottery. You can even have a party and share the fun.

We stock a wide range of plain Emma Bridgewater pieces for you to decorate with your own designs.

Relax over a coffee or a snack

Our Café is a lovely place to relax, either just because you are in the area or as part of an overall factory experience. We have a proper espresso machine as well as tea and soft drinks. Snacks such as pies and sandwiches are available throughout the day, and there is usually some delicious cake on offer too!
