Delivery Information

Parcel tracking information will be sent via email on dispatch of your order.
A signature is required upon receipt of your order.
If you're not in, your order will be left with a neighbour or held at your local delivery office. A card will be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made.
Orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised items will be sent in two despatches, to ensure non-personalised items are dispatched within ten working days.
Orders for non-scripted personalised items and personalised items will take 2-3 weeks as these are handmade products.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We are currently unable to deliver to US Armed Forces posted overseas, Italy, Spain, Russia and Ukraine.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer

Our Next Day Delivery service costs £7.95
When choosing this option at checkout, you must place your order by 6pm Monday to Thursday for delivery the next working day (not weekends or Bank Holidays)
Next Day Delivery orders placed after 6pm on Thursday will be delivered the following working day (Monday for orders placed on Thursday PM or Friday AM, Tuesday for orders placed on Friday PM, Saturday or Sunday).
Next Day Delivery service does not include Personalised items and may be suspended during peak sales periods and other periods depending on business needs

We are able to change the delivery address for an order on your behalf, providing the order has not been prepared for dispatch.
Please contact us if you wish to amend the delivery address for your order.
