The Cafe and Shops at Emma Bridgewater are open today as normal. If you’re planning to visit, please enter via the front gates into the courtyard and observe any access restrictions on site. Factory tours and Decorating Studio activities will remain closed but will be running again as soon as possible. Do keep an eye out for more information this week.
We are also currently unable to offer our personalised products, and there may be a delay to any currently being made.
We have been contacting customers booked to visit since Saturday morning to offer a refund or reschedule their booking, if you haven’t heard from us please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to help.
