We are currently recruiting for 2 x Temporary Customer Service Advisors to cover maternity leave.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Manage the relationship with our customers by responding to telephone calls, emails and letters in a timely and professional manner. Take ownership of all correspondence, maintaining positive relationships to ensure repeat and return customers. Take telephone orders and process payments accurately ensuring transactions and customer information are actioned in adherence with data security and compliance standards. Liaise with other departments and external agencies to resolve enquiries and escalations. Identify urgent issues/concerns about products, our service, or our brand ensuring they are quickly resolved and in a professional manner. Keep abreast of the product and services we offer, making the customer aware of any new initiatives, promotions or opportunities to make their purchasing opportunity more appealing. Follow best practise by adhering to department processes and procedures ensuring data input is handled securely and all transactions are completed accurately and actioned with integrity. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested.

The main requirements of the Glaze Hand Dipper role are as follows, although there will be slight variation from dipping decorated ware to glost ware:·

· Basic knowledge of pint weights and use of visco meter

· Ability to set glaze using chemical

· Dipping experience of easy fire ware/vit ware

· Able to work with targets and deadlines

· To ensure high quality of product is preserved to next process

· Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times

· Keeping a clean and safe working area

· Maintain a communication channel between the Team Leader/Production Manager

· Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements
