As part of the Brand Expansion and business development , we have identified the USA as a key strategic market and as part of this we are looking for a candidate who will deliver the sales plan for Emma Bridgewater, develop, and execute the online marketplace strategy, manage the Marketplace Channel and relationship with our key partners.

Key duties for this new and exciting Marketplace Manager - USA role are:

Marketplace
• Onboarding , developing, and managing Amazon Marketplace.
• Working with Internal and external Stakeholders to effectively run the Channel.
• Strong understanding of Amazon USA & Compliance and policies in Markets outside the UK
• Marketplace listings, content creation and maintenance as well as product and competitor analysis.
• Improve visibility of the Brand on the platform.
• Use analytics to analyse channel performance & identify opportunities to drive sales.
• Marketplace P&L responsibility.

Marketing
• Manage the US promotional Calendar , plan and execute the relevant activity to drive sales.
• Ensure alignment of Brand & Tone of Voice.
• Understanding of Amazon AMS & AMZ and the ability to plan & propose budget spend for this channel.
• Strong understanding of User experience , SEO , conversion customer acquisition & retention n on marketplaces.

Business Development
• Market research and competitor analysis on USA Marketplace
• Identify Trading Trends.
• Provide Customer and product analysis of the marketplace to support internal Emma Bridgewater Team.
• Be the main contact between Emma Bridgewater Head office , Amazon and external stakeholders.
• Ability to take on additional projects and support other channels
• Creating Weekly Monthly, Quarterly Marketplace Trading Reports

Email Marketing Executive

London

The Emma Bridgewater website and its continued development plays a pivotal role in delivering our strategic growth plans for the brand with a focus on the UK & USA. The role of the Email Marketing Executive is responsible for creating, deploying, and reporting on all email marketing collateral and campaigns. You will be a proactive, technical and analytical individual who understands email marketing strategy and how to deliver successful campaigns for brands . You are an individual with extensive experience in email marketing and the ability to manage a strong database with a focus on customer retention and acquisition . Working with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders ( agencies) to deliver the Emma Bridgewater strategy.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Production of HTML email
• Planning, set up and maintenance of lifecycle email programmes.
• Support email campaigns by developing content marketing strategies, technical recommendations, and list management.
• Design, creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns using the Ometria marketing automation tool
• Lead and execute the Email Marketing Roadmap strategy and campaign planning by analysing performance and KPIs on a weekly , monthly and quarterly basis.
• Analyse data and metrics for individual campaigns performance and segmentation strategy
• Provide recommendations for new and existing campaigns including triggers, and automation
• Create A/B tests for campaign optimisation on many devices and platforms
• Segment audiences based on predefined attributes and demographic data
• Measure results and optimise lead nurturing workflows
• Assist and give recommendations on delivery demographic data
• Serve as the lead and main contact between Emma Bridgewater and our external agency Ometria
• Trouble-shooting any deliverability challenges and provide solutions to email marketing queries
• Aligning campaigns with our PPC, SEO & Paid Social strategy
• Scheduling and reporting on email campaign activity involvement in the production of on-site creative (homepage and category banners, etc.)
• Working collaboratively with the Ecommerce and Marketing Teams

Other duties and responsibilities:

• Preparing Reports for our seasonal Meetings , supporting with analyse for Board Reports , and our all Agency meetings
• Support E-commerce Team with website edits, lead generation reports, and customer service support
• Support E-commerce team during peak Trading – New collection launch and promotional periods
• Ad-hoc Tasks to support e-commerce operations

Person Specification:

• At least 2-3 years experience in Email Marketing
• Experience in managing trading broadcast emails and customer retention and acquisition lifestyle emails
• Experience in HTML including Inline CSS and media queries
• An understanding of personalisation within Email
• Experince in Adobe Creative Suite
• Analytical/ advanced Excel user – an understanding of KPI’s to measure success of BAU and lifecycle emails
• Experience using Ometria is beneficial
• Experience using a marketing automation tool (dotmailer, Bronto etc)
• An understanding of GDPR and its effect on the management of customer data
• Experience in copywriting
• Creative and innovative approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• An ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Data-driven thinking to analyse data through A/B testing and email optimisation
