These classes are designed for multiple participants to tune in remotely and enjoy a fun and interactive experience from the comfort and safety of their own homes; a fantastic idea for a family to do together or perhaps for those who can join friends online.
Prior to the class, students will receive a package delivered to their homes, detailing the winter recipes, a shopping list and equipment list, as well as an apron and copy of Raymond Blanc’s book ‘Foolproof French Cookery’.
For the classes, guests tune in and after an introduction and informal briefing, our expert chefs will take everyone through the recipe steps and cook alongside those joining in. Everyone is encouraged to ask questions as they create their very own masterpieces and of course probe the team for secrets and tips from Raymond Blanc’s Two Michelin Star kitchen.
The two hour cookery course includes tuition as well as the pack sent prior to the date (equipment list, recipes, a Raymond Blanc Cookery School apron, and copy of ‘Foolproof French Cookery’).
