This Shrove Tuesday pile up the pancakes for breakfast, lunch or dinner (maybe all three?)! Everyone can to get involved in the mixing and making - and who will flip the best pancake? Get cracking with our easy and quick pancake recipe.

Ingredients
100g Plain flour
Pinch of salt
Caster sugar (optional)
Two Large Eggs
1 tbsp Sunflower or vegetable oil, or melted butter if you don’t want to use oil
300ml Milk

Method
Combine the plain flour, eggs, milk, sunflower or vegetable oil and a pinch of salt in a jug and whisk to a smooth batter.
Set aside the batter for 30 mins to rest if you have time (you can start cooking straight away if needed)!
Put a medium frying pan over a medium heat hob and wipe carefully with some oiled kitchen paper.
When hot, cook the pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden
Serve with pancakes topped with your favourite sweet or savoury toppings!
