Then indulge in a famous Emma Bridgewater Festive Afternoon Tea, served with fizz and your favourite pot of tea in our cosily lit café, warmed by a Polka Dot Aga. Please let us know any of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic fizz will be served – one glass per person. 

We’re pleased to offer a free carer ticket for any customer requiring a companion to enable them to visit us. Carers tickets can be booked by emailing bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk and our team will respond and confirm your booking. Please note - we’re not able to store suitcases or rucksacks or any customer luggage while you are visiting the factory due to lack of space and security risks. We advise leaving luggage either in your vehicle or at your hotel reception.
