The Afternoon Tea & Pottery Voucher is the ultimate Emma Bridgewater experience. Treat a friend or a loved one to a pottery experience, where they will discover how we turn a lump of clay into a beautifully hand-decorated piece of pottery, followed by a session in the decorating studio to design their own Emma Bridgewater masterpiece. Finally, indulge in our famous afternoon tea (inc. vegan and vegetarian options) served on Emma Bridgewater pottery in our in our cosy café.
We are pleased to offer a free carer ticket for any customer requiring a companion to enable them to visit us. Carers tickets can be booked by emailing bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk and our team will respond and confirm by our team. 11.30am: Behind the Scenes Factory Tour (last around 1 hr and suitable for over 5s)
1pm: Decorating Studio choose to decorate either a ½ pint mug or an 8½ ” plate
2:30pm: Afternoon Tea choose from Traditional, Vegetarian, Vegan or Gluten Free along with a teapot of tea of your choice (or alternatives). Please let us know your dietary requirements on booking in.

Free parking on two car parks behind the factory on Pelham Street.
There is a disabled parking space on Lichfield Street outside the factory gates plus several more disabled parking spaces on the Pelham car park through the factory railings. Find these in the parking area between the factory buildings .
If you have to pay to park, take a picture of your ticket and show it to our cafe staff and receive a complimentary hot drink.
