Please order by 5pm on Friday December 6th to receive your item in time for Christmas. This applies to both UK and International orders.

Any personalised orders processed after December 6th 2024 will not be delivered before Christmas. Due to our Factory Christmas shutdown, these orders will have an expected delivery date of January 16th 2025 onwards.

Personalised items can be ordered without scripting. you will need to select the No Text option during the order placement for £3.50. The item will be completed in your chosen design, there will be no empty space on it.

Unfortunately, all Personalised items will be completed in the colour script shown on the image online. We are currently unable to offer alternative colour choices.

Our Personalised items can only be decorated using the letters and numbers that are present on an English (Qwerty) keyboard. We are unable to accept orders containing symbols.
