We’ve introduced social distancing and hygiene procedures to make sure you can shop in comfort and safety.

• We’re limiting the number of people in store at a time with safe queuing in the courtyard.
• In our shops we’ve introduced protection measures such as screens, social distancing and enhanced cleaning to keep everyone safe.
• Unfortunately, the full Summer Sale, including sale pattern, will not be taking place in our Stoke shops this year although seconds and other discontinued products will be available at a deeper discount than usual during June and July.
• For the time being we are only accepting contactless payment only
• Unfortunately, the decorating studio and café remain closed for now and take away refreshments will not be available.
• We’re sorry but our toilets will also remain closed.
