Our Granny's Roses Small Oval Platter is the type of vintage-looking oval floral plate that would not look out of place on the dresser of a thatched-roof cottage with roses clambering around the mullioned windows.
It’s the perfect chintzy serving dish for taking some fresh-from-the-oven scones to eat outside on the lawn in a sun-dappled spot and get some grandmotherly advice as to what to dollop on first: cream or jam.
What is a second?All pottery is inspected before it leaves the factory. When an item is classified as a second the fault or faults may be in the finish, the decoration or the shape. The faults are not structural (i.e. each piece still functions as intended and is useable). Faults are marked with a black line which will be visible when your product arrives but washes off with a damp cloth.
