Farmers' Market Week is a chance to celebrate the people who grow, rear and make exceptional food close to home. Shopping seasonally means every visit is a little different, with the changing harvest reflected in every basket. It's one of the simplest (and tastiest) ways to support local producers while enjoying ingredients at their very best.

It's something that feels close to home for us, too. Just as Britain's farmers tend their fields with patience and care, our potters handcraft every piece in our Stoke-on-Trent factory using skills that have been passed down through generations. Whether it's food from the farm or pottery from the kiln, there's something special about things made by hand to be enjoyed around the table.

And yes, we know it's only August... but if you're already looking forward to pumpkin soup simmering on the stove, crisp morning walks and cosy evenings in the kitchen, you're not alone. Our new Pumpkin collection has arrived a little early, ready for everyone who's already dreaming of the harvest season.
