Peter Rabbit is going on tour and making a special stop at the Emma Bridgewater Factory!
Learn More About Peter Rabbit™ Tales on the Tyne
On 15th July 2026, a new exciting, free public art trail will add colour to the streets, parks and public spaces of Newcastle and North Tyneside – and you’re invited to join the fun!
Peter Rabbit™: Tales on the Tyne is presented by and raising funds for St Oswald’s Hospice. The charity has partnered with creative producers Wild in Art, The World of Peter Rabbit and Headline Partners Newcastle City Council to bring you a free, inclusive art adventure that the whole family can enjoy.
A trail map and App will navigate avid art adventurers across the trail, which will be accessible via public transport, helping you discover each sculpture and unlock a series of rewards and fun facts.
Whilst exciting and inspiring people of all ages to celebrate our beautiful city through creativity, the trail will also increase public awareness about hospice care and its importance and impact on our whole community.
When the trail ends, the large Peter Rabbit sculptures - including the Emma Bridgewater Peter - will be auctioned to raise funds for St Oswald’s Hospice on 13 October in person at Newcastle Civic Centre or bid online. Tickets to attend in person are available now via this QR code attached or express interest in bidding online by emailing hello@talesonthetyne.co.uk
Peter Rabbit™: Tales on the Tyne is the perfect summer holiday activity, free for all and packed full of outdoor adventure. And by getting involved, you’ll be showing your support to the patients and families who rely on the care of St Oswald’s Hospice.
