We’re pleased to offer a free carer ticket for any customer requiring a companion to enable them to visit us. Carers tickets can be booked by emailing bookings@emmabridgewater.co.uk and our team will respond and confirm your booking. To ensure your Carers Ticket is allocated, please email us at the time of booking your tickets. Read our Help Article for full details. 

Please note - we’re not able to store suitcases or rucksacks or any customer luggage while you are visiting the factory due to lack of space and security risks. We advise leaving luggage either in your vehicle or at your hotel reception.
