On holiday in Norfolk, Matthew bought a feast of shellfish for lunch and couldn't resist drawing it. The result was our Seconds Shellfish pattern, and this generously-sized platter, perfect for your own shellfish lunch or to give as a present.
Emma says: "This is our top showiest present of the year. I suppose there are people who don't like lobster but for most people it spells a good time so probably the perfect big present. "

What is a Second?
All our pottery is carefully inspected before it leaves the factory. An item is classified as a 'Second' if there is a slight fault in the finish, decoration or the shape. These faults are not structural and each piece will still function as intended. Most faults are marked with a black line which will be visible when your item arrives but washes off with a damp cloth.
